George Christian Rannenberg, 1929, age 38 George went to University High (part of U. of Chicago) where he was Editor-in Chief of daily newspaper, San Diego High School 1910?, University of Wisconsin 1914, Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He sold typewriters (Royal Typewriter) and office furniture (Shaw Walker). They lived in New York City (Washington Heights Manhatten) to about 1921, Allentown PA. to about 1925, and Montclair N.J. to 1962, then Clinton CT in retirement. Two of their children, John and Rita (Marguerite) are in the picture below taken in 1923.
