These recipes are ones that exist in old family recipe books, or they are ones we have more recently discovered.

• School Tea recipes- There is a brief note in grandmother Swift's recipe file that says simply "School Tea Sept. 1953." Grandfather Swift was superintendant of schools in Watertown Connecticut. The tea was probably for parents and/or staff. Here are recipies for some of the things served at the tea.
