The Throne of the
Queen of the Universe and Her Handmaidens
The queen sits on
the raised center seat, naturally, with her handmaidens on either side. The
center basin holds shards of broken mirror, representing time. The left-hand
seat holds chocolate, representing matter, and the right-hand seat holds resin
and paint, representing blood or energy. On the end of the sofa are two valves.
Turning the larger one controls the flow of life force through the universe.
The smaller one delivers chocolate into a goblet for visitors.
