Open Source Software Revolution

A joint meeting of the Worcester County Computer Society and the Worcester Linux User Group will present a showing of the recently released, 85 minute film "REVOLUTION OS". This documentary film is about Linux and the whole open-source/free software movement. "REVOLUTION OS" features interviews with Linus Torvalds, Richard Stallman, Bruce Perens, Eric Raymond, Brian Behlendorf, Michael Tiemann, Larry Augustin, Frank Hecker, and Rob Malda.

The film explores the human side of the open source and free software movements, illuminating the behind-the-scenes story of the hackers and programmers rebelling against the corporate machine. You should try to get to see this video, it is reportedly really good !
