Senior Member Elevation Clinic
March 10, 2010 at the Imperial Buffet in Shrewsbury

The Worcester County Section is sponsoring a Senior Member Elevation Clinic to assist Worcester County Section members apply for elevation to IEEE Senior member grade. Senior member is the highest IEEE member grade for which members can apply and does not incur any additional cost or fees.

The significant benefits of elevation to Senior member grade include: IEEE recognition of your technical and professional excellence; if requested, a letter of commendation to be sent to your employer on the achievement of Senior member grade; and you will receive an attractive fine wood, bronze engraved, Senior Member plaque to be proudly displayed for colleagues, clients and employers to see.

To be eligible for elevation to Senior Member grade, a Senior Member candidate must:

If you have ten or more years of commensurate professional experience, educational experience is counted toward the 10-year requirement; you probably qualify for elevation to Senior member grade. You are encouraged to take advantage of this informational meeting to investigate the application process and to contact potential, required references.

This no charge Senior Member Elevation Clinic dinner meeting will be held on March 10, 2010 at the Imperial Buffet in Shrewsbury. All Worcester County Section members are urged to attend the dinner meeting to learn about the advantages of Senior Member grade and to have the opportunity to network with your IEEE colleagues.
