Please have the following available at load in time :

Place these items in the larger of the two dressing rooms.

1 case of Beer (preferably local quality beer) ICED!

24 small bottles of still water for the stage – must be available one hour prior to show

12 large towels

12 cans of assorted soda including Coke – very important that these are on ice.

1 Litre of Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

1 Litre of Fresh Organic Apple Juice

40 Marlboro Lights

Several ashtrays

3 Bottles of quality Red Wine [i.e Bourdeax, Rioja (Spanish), Pinot Noir (California)]

3 Bottles of quality White Wine [i.e. Pinot Grigio (Italian Santa Margerhita), Chardonnay, Sancerre]

fresh brewed coffee (important)

kettle for boiling water

A selection of herbal teas and fresh ginger root

1 Jar of Honey /Fresh Lemons/cream/sugar/milk

Chopping board and small paring knife

A constant supply of Ice

A large selection of all organic Fresh Fruit [bananas, grapes, apples] find in-season fresh

A selection of chocolate and unsalted nuts/chips

Gouda, White Cheddar, Fresh Mozzarella & Brie Cheeses

Selection of Deli Quality Boars Head or Black Forest Ham, Turkey Pastrami, Proscuitto

3 RIPE Avacados

1 head of fresh organic Romaine Lettuce

3 RIPE vine tomatoes

1 Fresh Cucumber

Fresh Sprouts

1 jar peanut butter

1 loaf whole grain Artisinal bread, 1fresh French baguette, 1 Ciabatta Loaf, Gourmet Crackers ie. (Carrs)
