W H P K -FM is pleased to announce that Lofton A. Emenari, III has been selected to serve as their new Jazz Format Chief of W H P K -FM 88.5 University of Chicago.
Mr. Emenari has been a Jazz programmer at the station since the fall of 1976 and writes a weekly column on Jazz, blues music in the Chicago Citizen Newspaper Group. He has written about Jazz for such periodicals as Downbeat, Cadence, Black Scholar and Jazz Now Interactive. Jazz Now is happy to have Mr.. Emenari as a contributor.
