letitbe (8K)Have you ever taken a moment or two to think about today's popular music and why boy bands were created? They are made of teenagers who write icky songs about love. Yet, these twelve to seventeen year olds probably know nothing about they songs they write. I'll admit some of today's music is all right, but most of it is bad. I also wonder why rap was created. I mean the only things that are in rap songs are just 'Yo. Yo.' and 'She was such a good ho to f.' No musical value whatsoever.
A lot of songs from 'Let It Be'
are played on the radio

In addition, I have taken a moment to think about what happened to bands that originated from the '60's to the '80's. Those are styles of music that had a plot and had an interesting tune and they were much more polite than rap. But rap is all about slang such as "ho's" and the songs discuss things such as drugs, and killing people. nsync (13K)A problem with boy bands is that the songs grow old fast. In the early and late 1990's, the Backstreet Boys were the biggest thing since the Gulf War. Today, in 2005, no one even talks about them anymore. Same with 'N Sync.

50cent (15K)They were big in the early and late 1990's, but in 2005, no one has heard of them or even talks about them anymore. They are very seldom heard on the radio, while bands like the Beatles are heard on all the classic rock stations. Another kind of music that died because of rap and Boy Bands is classical music.
The parental advisory label
already describes how
distasteful this CD will be.
At least with classical music, it is more tasteful, more polite and with classical musical, you can imagine what the words would be, but apparently, no one wants to do that. Sometimes I wonder to myself 'why did rap kill the Beatles or Pink Floyd's popularity. Boy bands die easily, so they are not as big of a worry as artists like 50 cent is to the Beatles or Pink Floyd, but rap has competition.' I just hope that the next generation of music is closer to classic rock than to rap and Boy Bands.
Another thing I hate about rap music and Boy Bands is how they use vulgar language to describe other people, like the word b***h to describe women, the f word to describe sex, the way they say the s word just for fun. If it were up to me, I would get rid of the kinds of music I just listed. One other thing I hate about rap and Boy Bands is there clothing style; It is just so pointless.

I know there are lots of people who agree with me, so if you would like to get rid of these kinds of music, spread the message. Do not feel that you have to be quiet. There are many people who want to do away with rap music and Boy Band music. Go talk to those people; they will know how to help you.
