First off, I'd like to say that normally I boycott Doritos chips out of vending machines because they have notorious small amounts of actual product in the package. Once I had a bag that had a total of 11 chips in it! And when I made this weeks selection, I was not suprized that when the bag was corkscrewed over the edge, the package virtually "floated" to the bottom.
Anyway, this product is also trying to associate it's flavor with another food icon, just as the Lay's KC Masterpiece chip did. This product's subtitle is "WITH THE GREAT TASTE OF PIZZA HUT". We'll see...
Well, about 11 chips again. After the first three, I still couldn't taste anything that resembled pizza. Except maybe crust. If I concentrate real hard, it may taste like licking the bottom of a cardboard pizza box, but I could not get any distinct pizza flavor, let alone Pizza Hut flavor. And now I'm stuck with that after taste which only a Coke can dissolve.
Basically, they taste just like the Nacho Cheeze flavor with a little extra spice, so if you dig those, give them a try, but you'll probably need to invest in a least 2 bags to make this a serious snack.
