Last week I boycotted the vending machine because they had absolutely no originality in selection. This week is a special Thanksgiving addition! Alright, so there isn't anything special about it; I'm just damn hungry!

This weeks review:

Ruffles French Onion Flavored Potato Chips

Ruffles is well known for it's high quality potato chips for unreasonable prices. This newest addition to it's product line (apparent in a banner across the package which says "GREAT NEW FLAVOR!") attempts to simulate for your taste buds the flavor of French Onion. (Seems that every new potato chip flavor has onions in it; Sour cream n' Onion, French Onion, Cheddar n' Onion, Bacon 'n Onion, Blueberry n' Onion, Pencil n' Onion, Pipe cleaner n' Onion...the potato industry seems to be in cohorts with the onion industry; probably even sharing the same gardens! I'll check into this...)

Anyway, yum, yum, yum! That irresistable taste of Ruffles, plus the taste of onions! A lovely mix to have before reading at a code inspection. I didn't taste much French, though (once again not doing their part).

While it does have good flavor, it's missing the coolness and creaminess which can only be acquired with true French Onion dip. They should sell the two together! Not pre-mixed of course, but like with one of those ketchup-packet-type-thingys of French Onion dip inside each bag!

Uh, none of you read the above paragraph. I'm going to the patent office...er, post office now to get my mail...yeah, that's it...so everyone have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving!
