Back I my younger years I was visited by the FCC for a CB violation. They tracked me down!  I was upstairs talking and I heard my dad holler up the stairs to me that there was a man from the FCC here to see me.  Thats when there was rules for the CB band and I broke them!  They put the cuffs on me and took me away!
