The Association Manager(tm) from JK Software
Systems is a new client/server state-of-the-art software system specifically
designed for inn/bed and breakfast associations. It was originally designed
for The Professional Association of InnKeepers International (PAII) which
is the largest the largest inn/bed and breakfast association in the world.
The Association Manager(tm) can be either a single-user or a multi-user
networkable application. Record locking is built in and for multi-users,
a dedicated server machine is required. It is a complete software system
designed to be easy-to-learn and easy-to-use. The screens are very straight
forward with a beautiful graphical user interface tailor made for user friendliness.
The Association Manager(tm) allows you to keep track of members, vendor
members, and associate members. You can create an unlimited number of member
types and keep track of them. You can keep track of renewal history, contacts,
and conference/seminar attendances for each member. The Association Manager(tm)
has integrated screens so you can keep track of conferences, registrations,
workshops, extra tickets, badges, and sessions for each conference. The
Association Manager(tm) was used for PAII's 4th International Conference
for Keepers of the Inn in San Antonio, Texas March 17-20, 1996 (Contact
PAII for more information about their next international conference in San
Francisco in 1998)!! The Association Manager(tm) also has screens for Accounts
Received and a full point-of-sale module complete with inventory, and purchase
orders. There are numerous reports already included with The Association

The Association Manager(tm) currently operates on Macintosh®, PowerPC
native, and it's being ported opver to windows® 95. For the Macintosh
you need system 6.0.7 or higher, including system 7). It requires 4.5 MB
of RAM and 7.5 MB of hard disk space.

When you first purchase The Association Manager(tm) you get 60 days free
technical support.
Technical support is $60.00 per hour (or $1.00 per minute) with a $10.00
minimum charge.
Unlimited technical support on a yearly basis is $350.00 per year.
Any commments, suggestions or questions regarding future enhancements or
other non-technical issues will not be billed. Any bug reports that are
the responsibility of JK Software Systems will not be billed as well.
The Association Manager(tm) price is simple:
$1,500.00 U.S. for single user.
$2,000.00 U.S. for multi-user + $500 per user.
$5.00 shipping & handling charges for U.S.
$20.00 shipping & handling charges for international orders
The price includes all modules (members, conferences, registrations, attendances,
purchase order, inventory, etc.).
Fully functional demos are available for $25.00. The cost will be reduced
from the production price if you when you purchase The Association Manager(tm).
Package plans are available as follows: On-site installation, set up, 1
full day of training, (not including The Association Manager(tm) software)
- $1,000.00 (+ any travel expenses if 100 miles or more from New Hampshire).
Custom Development - $75.00 or a set fee for a specific set of reports/features
Upgrades - Usually $50.00 or less (mostly $25.00) depending upon the number
of featues and enhancements.
Training is available on-site for $60.00 per hour (+ any travel expenses
if 100 miles or more from New Hampshire).
