The InnManager(tm) version 4 was released on July 1, 1996!! Tons of new
features and functions! A new professional installer as well! As usual,
our upgrades our $25.00 for our current users and our price is still the
same.

The InnManager(tm) from JK Software Systems
is a whole new concept of sofware designed for the inn/bed and breakfast
industry. It is a complete software system designed to be easy-to-learn,
easy-to-use and specifically for small and medium sized inn/bed and breakfast's.
The screens are very straight forward with a beautiful graphical user interface
tailor made for user friendliness. Each screen has its own help screen.
The InnManager(tm) has 6 preference screens to allow power users to customize
the software to work as the innkeeper does business. The InnManager revolves
around the guest instead of the reservation. We try to focus on the guest
information, reducing redundant data entry, and making The InnManager easy
to use.
The InnManager(tm) runs on the Macintosh and PowerPC Native operating
Systems. We are currently working on our Windows® 95 version which will
be available in the summer of 1996. For the Macintosh you need system 6.0.7
or higher, including system 7). It requires 4.5 MB of RAM and 10.5 MB of
hard disk space.

The InnManager(tm) technical support for 1996
is as follows:

When you first purchase The InnManager you get 60 days free technical support.
Technical support is $60.00 per hour (or $1.00 per minute) with a $10.00
minimum charge.
Unlimited technical support on a yearly basis is $145.00 per year.
Any commments, suggestions or questions regarding future enhancements or
other non-technical issues will not be billed. Any bug reports that are
the responsibility of JK Software Systems will not be billed as well.
The InnManager(tm) price is simple:
$550.00 U.S. for any size inns.
$5.00 shipping & handling charges for U.S.
$20.00 shipping & handling charges for international orders
The price includes all modules (reservation, guest, financial, function
and event reservations, purchase order/gift shop, inventory, etc.) as well
as all documentation (two user manuals) and the built-in on-line help screens.
Fully functional demos are available for $25.00. The cost will be reduced
from the production price if you when you purchase The InnManager.
Package plans are available as follows: On-site installation, set up, 1
full day of training, and The InnManager(tm) software - $1,200.00 (+ any
travel expenses if 100 miles or more from New Hampshire).
Custom Development - $75.00 or a set fee for a specific set of reports/features
Upgrades - Usually $50.00 or less (mostly $25.00) depending upon the number
of featues and enhancements.
Training is available on-site for $60.00 per hour (+ any travel expenses
if 100 miles or more from New Hampshire).
