Year round rates for the House*

• One week $300.00 US
• Two weeks $500.00 US
• One month $700.00 US

*The house is supplied from a rain collecting system, which during the rainy months is adequate for your stay. However, during the dry season (approximately December through the end of March) when water may need to be purchased the renter will be financially responsible for that cost at the following rates: weekly $45, two-weeks $90, beyond two weeks actual cost of the tanker delivery as needed (usually $90).
