Who, me?

I was born in Cincinatti, Ohio and grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs.

I went to Penn State.  But I'm not a "Penn Stater" and in fact I recommend that people send their children to other schools. I was active in InterVarsity, the Navigators, and the Penn State Science Fiction Society, though.

My friends from college and I started an anime convention called OTAKON (a conjuction of Otaku, meaning fanboy, and convention) in 1994 and now it's a big event that runs in the Baltimore Convention Center and we're expecting 10 thousand people in 2001. It's scary! I was con chair back in 1997, and I help write Mystery Anime Theater 3000, which is like MST3K only with anime. Last year they even got me to go up on stage and play Mike, but I'd rather leave the hosting duties to my friend Mark who plays Joel.

I'm currently attending Covenant PCA Church in Harleysville, PA.
