Forms and Movements

For centuries mountains have brought visions to the minds of men. Their towering heights rising above the world of man, appearing impervious to all. Clouds encircling their peaks, shrouding the secrets of these unassailable titans. The ancient spiritualism associated with them. The climber who risks life and limb to experience the satisfaction and pride of making it to the summit, conquering the mountain.

Mountains and these visions are the inspriration of In Young Ryu. Mountains are strong and unassailable. They stand above all others and hide their many secrets. Any who sucessfully scale their heights prove their determination and skill beyond all doubt. These are the tenants of In Young Ryu. These are the challenges to be overcome before mastery of these skills may be attained, and when attained a sense of spirituality and satisfaction follows.

There are 50 forms in In Young Ryu, each specifically named for a Korean mountain.
