Granite State Flight 53 has the distinction of being able to offer fellow Daedalians a vessel of superior quality and design commensurate with the high standards and lofty ideals of the Order of Daedalians.

We offer toasts at each meeting to our departed brothers and sisters, the Commander-in-Chief, and our honored guests. And there are the informal toasts! Some recognizing accomplishment, others pay tribute to our folly, and some are down right frivolous. Since Daedalians put so much time and effort into toasting the uniquely reverent and irreverent aspects of being a military pilot, it is fitting to use a vessel designed for the occasion.

The design is simple and elegant with the Daedalian logo finely engraved on one side. On the opposite side, two lines of text are standard (additional text available as an option). The vessel is cast, not spun, in the Queen's Metal, to give a lead free, durable and virtually maintenance free goblet that will hold its silver color for years to come.
Our vessel is 6.75 inches high, has a troy weight of 12 ounces, and a capacity of six ounces, enough for six standard size toasts. (Note: Large swallowers are advised to park their vessels near the wine carafe or vice-versa should emergency replenishment be required.)

The vessel is a superb gift for that special presentation; a gift that adds stature and uniqueness to an occasion and which will be displayed with pride.  Also, units have ordered vessels to become a permanent part of the Flight Captain's kit. This version usually has "Flight Captain" on the first line, the flight name on the second, and "To Those Who Have Gone Before" on a third line.

A basic price of $59.00 includes the Daedalian logo, two lines of text, shipping, and handling.  Additional engraving is twenty-five cents per letter. There are practical limits on the amount of engraving (usually three lines of reasonable length), but we will work with you for special designs.

When ordering, please provide the text you would like engraved. For example:
Line 1 - ("Daedalian" or "Flight XX", or "Name", etc.);
Line 2 - ("Name" or "Nickname" or whatever you wish).
Be specific - the engraver will work from your input, including capitalization and punctuation.
