He married Beverly Liona Peters Crawford in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia, May 11, 1946. (Beverly Liona Peters Crawford is #1053.) Beverly was born in Lynchburg, Lynchburg, Virginia March 20, 1928. Beverly is the daughter of James William (Bill) Crawford and Zora Babel Miller.

Roy Edward Drummond and Beverly Liona Peters Crawford had the following children:

3 i. Dwight Edward³ Drummond (#1057) was born August 31, 1947.

+ 4 ii. Roy Paige Drummond was born November 08, 1949.

5 iii. Linda Gail Drummond (#1064) was born August 27, 1951. She married Huron Taft Campbell Jr in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia, March 27, 1970. (Huron Taft Campbell Jr is #1065.) Huron was born in Cocoa Beach, Florida December 27, 1947. Huron is the son of Huron Taft Campbell and Mildred Henrietta Wood. (See Huron Taft Campbell Jr for the continuation of this line.)
