2. James Austin² Hunt (James Broy¹) (#67) was born in Covesville, Albemarle County, Virginia July 20, 1924. James died March 3, 1992 in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, at 67 years of age. His body was interred March 6, 1992 in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, Holly Memorial Gardens.

He married Margaret Louise Nuckols in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, September 14, 1940. (Margaret Louise Nuckols is #66.) Margaret was born in Amherst County, Virginia October 25, 1920. Margaret is the daughter of Jesse Wynnfield Nuckols and Mary Lelia Whitten.

James Austin Hunt and Margaret Louise Nuckols had the following children:

3 i. Barbara Ann³ Hunt (#2469) was born in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia January 2, 1942. She married Herman W. Whitby in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, June 2, 1964. (Herman W. Whitby is #2740.) Herman was born in Roanoke Rapids, Halifax, North Carolina October 12, 1938. Herman is the son of Grady Diamond Whitby and Hattie Fletcher Moore. (See Herman W. + 4 ii. Robert Austin Hunt was born March 12, 1943.

+ 5 iii. Roger Lee Hunt was born December 12, 1945.

6 iv. Brenda Carol Hunt (#2472) was born in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia January 26, 1948. She married David Warren Hill in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, August 27, 1967. (David Warren Hill is #2753.) David was born in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia December 3, 1944. David is the son of Ernest Hill and Frances Gay. (See David Warren Hill for the continuation of this line.)
