He married Mary Virginia Steward. (Mary Virginia Steward is #656.) Mary was born November 13, 1874. Mary died August 17, 1950 at 75 years of age.

2 i. Awbrey H.² Leland (#654) was born April 28, 1914. She married twice. She married Chester Jordan Whitten in Annapolis, Maryland, January 11, 1933. (Chester Jordan Whitten is #647.) Chester was born February 04, 1906. Chester was the son of John Wesley Whitten and Rebecca Belle Smoot. Chester died September 27, 1946 at 40 years of age.
