He married Nina Carson Miller in South Mills, North Carolina, March 09, 1920. (Nina Carson Miller is #794.) Nina was born in Bedford County, Virginia March 07, 1903. Nina is the daughter of John Singleton Miller and Elizabeth Breason (Lizzie) Stinnett.

Clifton Tuttle Lawson and Nina Carson Miller had the following children:
