He married Eylese Evelyn Miller in West Point, Virginia, March 31, 1942. (Eylese Evelyn Miller is #514.) Eylese was born April 23, 1917. Eylese is the daughter of Napoleon Bonaparte (Nip) Miller Sr and Annie Etta Stinnett.

Arthur (Red) Peabody Latham and Eylese Evelyn Miller had the following children:

4 ii. Carolyn Eylese Latham (#966) was born in Newport News, Virginia December 27, 1950. She married Clifford Longstaff Moseley in Hampton, Virginia, June 15, 1974. (Clifford Longstaff Moseley is #967.) Clifford was born in Washington, D.C. August 04, 1950. Clifford is the son of Dr. Robert William Moseley and Martha Jane Longstaff.
