He married Judith Ann Miller in Westminster, Maryland, October 28, 1967. (Judith Ann Miller is #1344.) Judith was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire June 1, 1947. Judith is the daughter of John William (Bill) Miller and Margaret Anne Moore.

Sewell Kemp Hoff and Judith Ann Miller had the following child:
