He married Hazel Maxine Duff in Unionville, Virginia, May 17, 1930. (Hazel Maxine Duff is #2171.) Hazel was born September 24, 1905. Hazel is the daughter of Charles Judson Duff and Susan Alice Deane.

Robert Carlton (Cot) Harris and Hazel Maxine Duff had the following child:
