1. Francis¹ Grice (#2352) was born in Delaware September 22, 1726. Francis died October 9, 1798 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, at 72 years of age.

He married Mary Brockenborough April 25, 1753. (Mary Brockenborough is #2353.) Mary was born 1732. Mary died 1775 at 43 years of age.

Francis served in the military in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, July 24, 1776.

Francis Grice and Mary Brockenborough had the following child:

+ 2 i. Joseph² Grice was born December 23, 1759.
