2. William Townsend² Powell (Cecil Charlie¹) (#1399) was born in Cape Charles, Virginia September 5, 1931.

He married Ida Jo Berger in Blacksburg, Virginia, June 7, 1959. (Ida Jo Berger is #1398.) Ida was born in Johnson City, Tennessee August 30, 1936. Ida is the daughter of David Reid Berger and Agnes Lillian Miller.

William Townsend Powell and Ida Jo Berger had the following children:

3 i. Ida Susan³ Powell (#1402) was born April 25, 1962.

4 ii. Mary Jo Powell (#1403) was born July 13, 1964.

5 iii. John William Powell (#1404) was born April 8, 1966.
