William was born in Forest, Virginia February 2, 1900. William was the son of William Miller and Ide Minnie Williams. William died December 28, 1967 at 67 years of age. His body was interred in Forest, Virginia, Mt. Carmel Meth Church Cemetery. (See William Perry Miller for the continuation of this line.)
