3. Robert Anthony³ Whaley (Robert Kent², Robert Kent¹) (#1428) was born in White Stone, Virginia February 11, 1948.

He married Barbara Shiflet in Churchville, Virginia, September 7, 1968. (Barbara Shiflet is #1429.) Barbara is the daughter of Emory Lenwood Shiflet.

Robert Anthony Whaley and Barbara Shiflet had the following children:

4 i. Todd Anthony⁴ Whaley (#1431) was born May 9, 1972.

5 ii. Chad Emory Whaley (#1432) was born June 12, 1974.
