1. Leroy B¹ Thurston (#1987) was born in Dickyville, Virginia 1863. Leroy died 1938 in Buena Vista, Virginia, at 75 years of age.

He married Cammie Clements in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia, May 4, 1903. (Cammie Clements is #1986.) Cammie was born in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia August 20, 1883. Cammie was the daughter of Charles Wesley Clements and Sarah Alice Clements. Cammie died February 25, 1952 in Buena Vista, Virginia, at 68 years of age. Her body was interred Greenhill Cemetery.

Leroy B Thurston and Cammie Clements had the following children:

3 ii. Olah Alice Thurston (#2517) was born September 25, 1906. She married Raymond Walther. (Raymond Walther is #2589.)

4 iii. Hilda Thurston (#2518) was born November 6, 1908. She married Eugene Bare 1929. (Eugene Bare is #2590.)

5 iv. Goldie Thurston (#2519) was born October 3, 1910. She married Daniel Snowden 1931. (Daniel Snowden is #2591.)

6 v. May Rebecca Thurston (#2520) was born May 5, 1913. She married John W. Cupp 1941. (John W. Cupp is #2592.)

7 vi. Milton Thurston (#2521) was born September 8, 1916. Milton died August 1975 at 58 years of age. He married Frances Russ. (Frances Russ is #2593.)

8 vii. Joan Thurston (#2522) was born Febuary 17, 1923. She married Alexander Jordan 1941. (Alexander Jordan is #2594.)
