He married Marilyn Dalhart Gibbs in Madison, Virginia, July 16, 1948. (Marilyn Dalhart Gibbs is #2187.) Marilyn was born November 5, 1927. Marilyn is the daughter of Bernard Scott Gibbs and Cornelia Catherine Estes.

Homer Vernon Seale Jr and Marilyn Dalhart Gibbs had the following children:

6 i. Barry Kevin⁴ Seale (#2190) was born July 13, 1952. He married Delores Ellen Cason in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, February 15, 1979. (Delores Ellen Cason is #2191.) Delores was born August 1, 1946. Delores is the daughter of Percy Franklin Cason and Beulah Cornelia Robinson.

7 ii. Cheryl Denise Seale (#2194) was born November 11, 1954. She married William Michael Dawson in Madison, Virginia, July 15, 1973. (William Michael Dawson is #2195.) William was born May 3, 1952. William is the son of William Cook Dawson and Mary Frances Aylor. (See William Michael Dawson for the continuation of this line.)

8 iii. Ronald Gibbs Seale (#2199) was born November 14, 1959.

9 iv. Michael Osborne Seale (#2200) was born in Richmond, Virginia September 25, 1963.
