6. Phillip Rae³ Taylor (Ernest Cecil², Will¹) (#2460) was born in Colonial Beach, Westmoreland County, Virginia November 26, 1936. Phillip died July 11, 1967 in Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland, at 30 years of age. His body was interred July 15, 1967 in Owens, King George, Virginia, St. Paul Episcopal Church Cemete.

He married Heather Kettle in Felixtowe, Suffolk, England, June 20, 1959. (Heather Kettle is #2702.) Heather was born in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England September 29, 1939.

He was christened in Dahlgren, King George County, Virginia, May 1937.

Phillip Rae Taylor and Heather Kettle had the following children:

+ 11 i. Michael Rae⁴ Taylor was born Febuary 5, 1960.

+ 12 ii. Tony Alan Taylor was born January 19, 1962.
