He married Lease Diane Hill in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, June 4, 1993. (Lease Diane Hill is #2902.) Lease was born in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia August 9, 1968. Lease is the daughter of David Warren Hill and Brenda Carol Hunt.

Aaron H. Williams and Lease Diane Hill had the following children:

3 i. Dakota Danielle³ Williams (#2907) was born in Newport News, Virginia May 22, 1994. She was christened in Hampton, Virginia, June 5, 1994.

4 ii. Taylor Kelton Williams (#2908) was born in Newport News, Virginia July 20, 1996. He was christened in Hampton, Virginia, August 25, 1996.
