Testified at both trials.

I. Non-Sexual "Hurting" Allegations:

"Sixteen kids have died from that school .... kids have been killed and hurt." (Interviews, p.121)
Tooky slapped the children and pulled their hair. Miss Vi and Miss Cheryl punched the children with their fists, leaving bruises. (Interviews, p.151)
Miss Cheryl killed a dog in front of the children and broke the wings of a bird. (Interviews, p.154)
"All the teachers" gave the children white pills which made them fell dopey. (Pre-Trial Interviews, pp.162-164)
"All the teachers" except Miss Kim and another teacher used a knife to kill "a squirrel, a birdy, and a dog." It happened "outside." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.167)
"All the teachers took turns every day" tying naked children up to trees outside Fells Acres Day School. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.165)
Tooky stuck a stick up B.L.'s bum. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.164,176)
Miss Cheryl put a stick in B.L.'s bum and "it hurt very much." (Interviews, p.148)
Miss Vi put a stick in his bum on 6 occasions. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.158,175)

II. Photography:

He had to remove his clothing under spotlights while pictures were taken of him. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.137)

But:

Class pictures and "graduation" pictures were taken at Fells Acres Day School, and were sent to children's homes. (Interviews, p.143); (1987: Vol. 5, p.116)
Neither Tooky nor Miss Cheryl were responsible for taking pictures of B.L. (Interviews, p.149)

III. The Clowns:

B.L. only saw clowns at a circus in Malden, Massachusetts. (Interviews, p.143)
He doesn't know why any clowns at Fells Acres Day School were bad. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.180)
When Tooky and Miss Cheryl dressed up as clowns, they didn't do anything that B.L. didn't like. (Pre-Trial Interviews, p.185)

IV. The "Magic Room" and the "Secret Room":

The "secret room" was for children to change their clothes when they went swimming in Miss Vi's pool. (Interviews, p.143)
Nothing happened in the "magic room" or the "secret room" that he didn't like. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.183)
When Karen Gaughan at DSS asked him about a "magic room," B.L. asked, "What magic room?" (1987: Vol. 5, p.114); (Interviews, p.143)

V. Forced Nudity:

B.L. told his mother that "someone" made him go behind a shed with a spotlight in it, and take off his clothes. (Interviews, pp.121,137)

But:

Nobody took off B.L.'s clothes. (Interviews, p.143)
He never saw any other children or teachers with their clothes off. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.180)

VI. Seeing Nude Adults:

B.L. told Susan Kelley that he never saw any adults at Fells Acres Day School with their clothes off. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.150)

VII. Allegations of Sexual Activity:

On January 30, 1985, B.L. said he was forced to have oral sex with Miss Vi and Miss Cheryl. (Interviews, p.147)
Tooky, Miss Vi and Miss Cheryl played around with his "special parts." (Interviews, p.149)
Miss Vi and Miss Cheryl kissed his penis. (Interviews, p.151)
Other teachers, including Miss Marie and Miss Carol, did "the same things." (Interviews, p.150)
Miss Cheryl put a stick in B.L.'s bum. "It hurt very much." (Interviews, p.148)
Tooky put a stick up B.L.'s bum. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.164,176)
Miss Vi put a stick in his bum on 6 different occasions. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.158,175)

But:

Neither Tooky nor miss Cheryl anally penetrated him. (Interviews, p.149)
He never saw any children or adults with their clothes off. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.150)
Nothing bad happened in the "magic room" or the "secret room." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.183)
B.L. told Karen Gaughan of DSS that the only thing he didn't like at Fells Acres Day School was the little girls chasing him and trying to kiss him. (1987: Vol. 5, p.127)

VIII. Threats:

A robot told the children not to tell their parents. "The robot told the children not to tell anything or they would be mad." (Interviews, p.150)
"All of the teachers" said to the children "don't tell your parents, they won't like you anymore." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.161)
