I. Non-sexual "Hurting" Allegations:

The clown "spanked us on the bum-bum and on the face, too." (Interviews, p.5)
"They" spanked her and her friend A.J. (Interviews, pp.22,26)
Tooky "bit" them (J.B. and A.J.) "with his peepee." (Interviews, p.52)
A bad clown named "Shasha" spanked her. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.37-38)
Unafraid, she punched a naked clown. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.46)
She saw Tooky spank Miss Cheryl. (Pre-trial Reports, [.56)
Tooky spanked J.B. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.59)
Tooky "scribbled" (presumably with a writing instrument) on J.B.'s hand. "He put dots like that." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.60)

II. Photography:

Miss Cheryl and the clown took pictures of J.B. when she was naked. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.53)

But:

The children's pictures were taken when they had their dresses on, and not when they were naked. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.18)

III. The Clowns:

The clown stuck a thermometer in the peepee and bum of J.B. and her friend A.J. (Interviews, p.5)
The clown put pencils in the vaginas of J.B. and A.J. in the bathroom. (Interviews, p.44)
While painting the nails of her therapist, Dr. Lynn Cooper, J.B. said, "Tooky painted our nails and then our faces." (Interviews, P.44)
The clown "took out his peepee, told us to take our clothes off, and put it between our legs." (Interviews, p.45)
The clown is Tooky. (Interviews, p.52)

But:

J.B. did not see the clown's peepee. The clown never pulled his pants down. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.12)
J.B. never saw the clown's bum. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.13)
Nobody at Fells Acres Day School took J.B.'s clothes off. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.13)
J.B. is not afraid to talk about a clown. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.16)
The clown did not take off his clothes in the "magic room." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.25)

IV. The Magic Room" and the "Secret Room":

The clown put pencils in the vaginas of J.B. and her friend A.J. in the bathroom. (Interviews, p.44)

*Note: The bathroom seems to be the locus of the "magic" and "secret" rooms.

But:

The clown did not take off his clothes in the "magic room." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.25)
J.B. never heard of a "secret room" or a "magic room." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.30)
J.B. told Susan Kelley that when she was in the "magic room" with the clown she played Atari and read books. (1986: Vol. 21, pp.72-73)

V. Forced Nudity:

"They" undressed J.B. and her friend A.J. (Interviews, pp.22,26)
A clown told them to take off their clothes. (Interviews, p.45)

But:

Nobody at Fells Acres Day School took off J.B.'s clothes. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.13)

VI. Seeing Nude Adults:

She saw the clown take out his peepee. (Interviews, p.45)
Tooky "stuck out his peepee" in front of J.B. (Pre-Trial Reports pp.61-62) Then he urinated in front of her. (Pre-Trial Reports ,p.66)
A naked clown spanked all the kids, but J.B. punched him. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.45-46)
J.B. saw "Shasha's" peepee. (Pre-Trial Reports, p,57)

But:

J.B. did not see the clown's peepee or bum. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.12-13)
She didn't see boobies on anybody. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.22)
J.B. told her mother that she never saw the clown naked. (1986: Vol. 20, p.106)

VII. Allegations of Sexual Activity:

Miss Vi stuck pencils in J.B.'s peepee. (Interviews, p.44)
A policeman watched Tooky touching J.B.'s vagina but did nothing to stop it. (Interviews, p.42)
A clown put a thermometer in the peepee and bumbum of J.B. and her friend A.J. (Interviews, p.5)
"They" put pencils and thermometers in the peepees and bumbums of J.B. and A.J. (Interviews, p.22)
Miss Vi stuck something in J.B.'s bum. (Interviews, p.33)
Tooky touched the peepees of J.B. and her friend A.J. He "bit" their peepees with his peepee. (Interviews, pp.42,52)
The clown put his peepee between the legs of J.B. and her friend A.J. (Interviews, p.45)
J.B. told her mother that Tooky put his peepee in J.B.'s peepee, but J.B. didn't cry, even though it hurt. (Interviews, p.39)

But:

She did not see a peepee on any man. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.29-30)
She told her mother that she never saw a naked clown. (1986: Vol. 20, p.106)
Tooky should go to jail "because he gave me a spanking." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.59)

VIII. Threats:

J.B. is not afraid to talk about a clown. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.16,31)
J.B. was not frightened when she saw the clown naked. "I gave him a punch." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.46)

IX. Miscellaneous: Dr. Emans examined J.B. and found "redness around the labia ... and some cracking of the skin in that area, and she also had a small bump on her hymen..." (1986 Vol. 35, p.101) She allowed that J.B.'s bump could have been caused "by touching, rubbing, any kind of irritation, where there was some sort of force applied to that part of the hymen." (Id., pp.111-112)
