His name is Tracy Snell. He is co-founder of one of Chicago's most exciting new internet service providers, EnterAct. He is a brilliant computer programmer. Lately, he's been trying on the entrpreneurial hat. He loves life and lives it more fully than anyone I know. He pulls me into situations I'd never go to on my own (like getting into a fishing boat on the St. John's River in Florida in the middle of a thunderstorm, and then running out of gas at the widest point of the river).
