One of five-person team responsible for launch of first commercially-available library link resolver, "SFX," and subsequent growth of both customer operations and team. Main responsibilities were in creation of implementation and training materials for product; had day-to-day oversight for one other librarian. Managed customer correspondences, installations, implementations, and early support for North American office. Created implementation and training policies for offices worldwide, and provided these through in-person or Internet meetings. Responsible for demo materials and sales scripts, assisting in closing sales through booth presentations at industry conferences, attending sales presentations or serving as technical expert on telephone calls. As team member contributed to product growth through work on testing, documentation and rollout material for three versions.
  • Improved processes and time management for managing significant numbers of simultaneous projects while also doing pre-sales support, training, and customer support.
  • Trained nearly 150 customers over four years; many international, many multi-site, including custom implementation and support for key early adopter sites.
