The National Leadership Conference (NLC) concludes the year's activities and sets the stage for the upcoming school year. The NLC is held each summer in a major American city. FBLA and PBL members and advisers participate in business-related and leadership development workshops, tour business and corporate facilities, elect national officers, and participate in national competitive events. The Professional Division holds its annual business meeting during the PBL National Leadership Conference. The NLC Guide, the official information and registration form for the conference, is mailed to local chapters in early spring. The 2000 NLC will take place in Long Beach, CA on July 8 - 11 for FBLA and July 13 - 16 for PBL./p>
