Albert Simms' Web Page and Book

Albert Simms built upon the book Ancestors & Descendants of Thomas Sims of Culpeper County, Virginia Edmund Butler of Virginia And Kentucky With Allied Families & Other Culpeper Data, Compiled And Published By Mrs. Lela W. Prewitt of Fairfield, Iowa.

He created a seminal Sims work comprising more than 200 pages. If you know you're a Culpeper Sims/Simms, you should spend the bucks to get the hardcopy. It is available for $21.00 ($17.00 plus $4.00 shipping) from:

Albert E. Simms, Jr.
5 Warfield Place
Fredericksburg, VA 22401

If you're not sure you're a Culpeper, this an incredibly valuable document which may supercede any research published in other VA genealogies. It's worth a look and includes many names on the Master List .
Albert. has created a Web Page from which you can download his book in Windows Write (wri.) format. Al's page is colorful, informative and a great place for Sims/Simms' to visit.
