Playing on the Swing at the Alliance Picnic

This was a great day. The Alliance for Children had it's annual Adoption Picnic. The park was filled with families who have begun or added to their families through adoption. Children were playing, and parents were snapping photos – anyone who thinks that adoption is a second rate way to start a family, or thinks that parents would love their "real" kids more should just look at these happy faces.
