No, it's not Lyman Paul practicing medicine without a license, he is portraying St. Luke (who was a physician) on All Saint's Day (the day after Halloween) over at the church.

Even if you had a cut, I don't think I'd let him bandage it. However, he does frequently administer cookies to help the hurt go away... Hmmmm.
