Purchase Orders: Manifold Net accepts hard copy purchase orders from: 

• All US government organizations, including Federal, State and Local government agencies.
• Some government organizations outside the US.  Please contact us for information.
• All US universities and universities in Western Europe, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore.  Contact us if your university is in a different location.

Online Orders: The best, most secure way to order online is to use the  Manifold.net Online Store.   We no longer accept orders via email, since using the Online Store guarantees accurate orders (product, shipping option selections, etc) and accurate transcription of shipping information directly into automated systems.

General Shipping Information

Not all products are available in hard copy, shipped form.   3D View Studio and solver packages for Release 4.50, for example, are available only as downloaded products via the Manifold.net Online Store. Various data set products have different shipping rates.   See the product listings in the Store for more information.

Shipping Information for Manifold System

  Shipping: Orders received before 12 noon PST will ship same day.  Orders received after 12 noon will ship next business day.  FedEx Next Afternoon is not available on orders placed through the Online Store. 

US destinations add shipping and handling fees.  Typical shipping fees will be as follows:

Fed Ex Ground: $10    FedEx Second Business Day: $20    FedEx Next Business Afternoon:   $30   FedEx International Priority:  $40

Federal Express fees are Minimum Estimates - If Federal Express charges more than the average base price for delivery to you, your card will be charged a higher amount than the above based on actual Federal Express delivery charges to you.

US Postal Service Priority Mail will deliver within the US in typical 2 day delivery for $5.  

US Postal Service Global Priority Mail will deliver to most developed countries in typical 4 day delivery for $15.  

Federal Express provides shipment tracking, while US Postal Service does not in the above delivery services.  If you would like to track your shipment, please use Federal Express.  When shipping by US Postal Service, all risk of loss is at the risk of the customer.  If the package does not arrive, you will be charged $35 to reship a replacement package.

International Purchasing and Shipping

International Orders:  Manifold System is the same price to international clients as to US clients and must be shipped FedEx International Priority or US Postal Service Global Priority.  

International Payment Options: All international orders must be prepaid by credit card or company check.  Add $50 for wire transfers.

Please Note: Manifold Net ships to numerous countries worldwide.  We guarantee to process your order promptly and ship it as promised; however, it is always possible that the Customs service of your country may delay a particular shipment.   The customer bears all responsibility for resolving any problems with local Customs authorities as well as payment of any local taxes or import tariffs. Any unpaid customs fees or any other fees charged back to manifold.net by Federal Express will be billed to your credit card.  Such fees imposed by Federal Express may include fuel surcharges, extended area delivery fees, address correction fees or other fees.  By placing an order for international shipment the customer approves any such additional charges for customs fees or other local fees. Failure to pay such fees will terminate your license to use the product.

Returns:  Manifold System is shipped with a one-time, 30 day unconditional satisfaction guarantee that is available for either 30 days after the product is shipped or until you request an Activation key, whichever comes sooner.  You may return Manifold System for full credit of the $145 or $245 purchase price up to 30 days after the product is shipped. Shipping, handling or other charges are not refundable. You must pay shipping and handling expenses both ways. Before returning the product, you must contact Manifold Net at sales@manifold.net or by calling 800-556-5919 to get a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and the correct address for returns.  Allow two weeks for processing of refunds. No refunds will be made on credit card orders charges not yet paid.   Products other than Manifold System are not returnable.  Free Trial Edition downloads are available for Manifold® Database Commander™  and for the GPS Tools for Access 97 product.  Please use these free Trial Editions to assess these products before ordering, since they are not returnable.  Download only products are not returnable, nor are data sets.  Do not purchase accessory solver packages for Manifold System unless you are sure you will not be returning Manifold, since such accessory solver packages are not returnable and they are not usable without Manifold System.  For information on Activation keys, see the Activation page.  The serial number provided to you when you purchase Manifold will allow it to run for up to 30 days from the date the serial number is issued without an Activation key.  An Activation key is required for permanent installation.  Requesting an Activation key terminates the return privilege.
