So, you may think Lara Parker's patented Angelique laugh was never heard in Night of Dark Shadows? Well...
Clicking on the image of Charles and Angelique will launch a sound file (au 11KHz 317K) which contains "lost" dialogue from this Night of Dark Shadows scene!! (Download a transcript.) The footage which originally accompanied this dialogue was seen in theaters during the film's New England release (and, having brought a tape recorder with me when I saw Night of Dark Shadows, I was able to at least preserve its soundtrack). The footage was ultimately deleted from the film when it was deemed too sexually suggestive for adolescent eyes. |

| Actually, in the original Night of Dark Shadows script, Quentin does not see this vision during his first visit to the tower room, but in a later sequence that occurs after Quentin questions Carlotta in Sarah's room and before Quentin, Tracy and the Jenkins gather in the dining room. | |
