Aramis Ramirez launched 3 homeruns and Ben Sheets was able to finish what he
started and was credited with a complete game as the Boston Red Sox destroyed
the Baltimore Orioles by a score of 15 to 1 at Fenway Park.

Ramirez punished Baltimore with his bat.  He stroked a single in the 1st
inning, smashed a two-run homer in the 4th inning, cleared the bases with a
Grand Slam homerun in the 5th inning and bombed a two-run dinger (his 17th of
the season) in the 8th inning.  Boston bats were very productive in the 5th
inning with 5 runs on 4 hits.  Boston managed 18 in their victory.

Sheets(8-4) lasted until the end allowing 1 run for the win. Rob Bell(3-8) was
hit with the loss.  By surrending 12 runs in 5 innings his ERA jumped from
5.60 to 6.42.  

With this win, Boston has a division leading 45-30 record. They have been 5-5
lately.  With the loss Baltimore now has a record of 36-39.
