Alzheimers.org: Alzheimer's Disease Education and Referral (ADEAR) Center's website (sponsored by the National Institute on Aging, NIH). An excellent source of information, including other links.

Avert.org: Basic HIV and AIDS website, perfect for children or people who want a less scientific resource.
NPIN: More advanced, although less intuitive HIV site, sponsored by the Center for Disease Control (CDC)
The Body: A well-endorsed comprehensive HIV/AIDS website
