We can take virtually any recording and give you a premaster CD that sounds absolutely superior. The guaranteed CD master includes a complete PQ code list and is ready for duplication. During the mastering process we can do any or all of the following:
Noise Reduction/Digital Effects processing: add reverb, compress, remove noise.
Digital Editing Top and Tail: adjust the ends of each song and set fades.
Arrangement Edits: add, delete, or repeat sections of songs
Sequence /Space: put the songs in order and space them.
Other editing: we can meet all your digital editing needs from commercial production to spoken word.
Level Scale: set the apparent loudness of each cut
Match levels: match the level from song to song and in comparison to other commercially released records.
Stereo levels: adjust stereo balance and optimize imaging
Equalize Match songs: match EQ sounds from song to song Improve Quality: warm or brighten the timbre of each song
Correct Problems: remove ground hum, treat sibilance in vocals, smooth peaks, and bring mixes to life.
PQ Codes Necessary Codes: add the PQ codes necessary for manufacturing. Each project includes full written documentation.
Additional Codes: we can add ISRC codes if required, or make hidden tracks.
Session Archives Data Backup: We save all work and audio (24-bit) on CD-ROM archives so that it can be recreated if necessary.
After the hourly-based mastering is done, we make a reference CD.
You get to hear the reference CD, and we can make any changes you may desire for the final master.
