A web-based curriculum uses the technology of telecommunications and the resources on the World Wide Web as  vehicles to deliver ideas and as resources for new avenues of thought.

The activities in this quilt unit are based on resources available to teachers from the LRC.  Though many of these activities are stand- alone online activities, they are all enhanced by the use of quality children's books.
