Hands and Faces

(Important Note: I have only uploaded the glyphs I have used in practice sentences and sample constructions. Therefore, not every glyph indicated on these "source" pages is available on my website at the moment. Instead, you'll probably see a lot of these little guys, , indicating that the image can't be loaded.)

There are all sorts of non-verbal communications that pass between humans. The most obvious involve faces and hands, and we can just depict these as glyphs. Facial expressions are generally universal, but most hand gestures are limited to a single culture -- in this case, American culture. Elsewhere, the thumbs-up can be insulting, while the middle finger might be meaningless.
