Sources of Symbols

Map Symbols

(Important Note: I have only uploaded the glyphs I have used in practice sentences and sample constructions. Therefore, not every glyph indicated on these "source" pages is available on my website at the moment. Instead, you'll probably see a lot of these little guys, , indicating that the image can't be loaded.)

One of the the reason I started thinking about this project is that my hobby is cartography, so I have a long history of trying to cram complex information into simple visuals. Fortunately, I haven't had to invent too many symbols from scratch because centuries of cartography have given us a lot of well-established icons.
