         witness to the baptism of his nephew [?] Garmer, son of     
         Tiede Hinricks Kleen [most likely the brother of Harm       
         Hinricks].                                                  
                                                                     
           The identification of Harm Hinrichs Kleen, "warfsmann from
         Menstede", and his "deceased" wife Itje is based on the     
         marriage record of the wedding of Harm's daughter, Trientje 
         Harms Kleen to Onne Apkes Wessels.                          
           He is also identified as the father, a "wurfsmann ... in  
         Menstede", of the witness Hinrich Harms Kleen, witness to   
         the birth of Eilert Tieden Kleen, son of Tiede Hinrichs     
         Kleen.                                                      
                                                                     
           The two daughters with very similar names, Triente Harms, 
         and Trientje Harms, apparently are different persons.  See  
         their different records of marriage and children.  Trientje 
         is recorded as marrying in 1846; Triente had children by her
         husband Bartelt Biel in 1839 and 1852,
