This particular home was peeling badly before we started restoration. We power sanded the clapboards entirely to the bare wood on all sides of the house, garage and shed. We then power washed with special solutions to remove all dust and allowed the proper time to dry. Next we primed the house with a premium primer and then caulked all cracks and joints.
